Buying the tickets was good because you can see the cost day by day. I got them in the mail and then downloading the application where you can see the tickets was very easy. When I arrived at the aquarium, the staff was great and very friendly. The marine diversity they have is very wide, with aquariums suitable for each of them, everything was spectacular. Needless to pay the skip-the-line surcharge, as there is only one line to enter. Very beautiful and well-organized zoo. Exciting not only for families but also for adults. We went on a Saturday and there was not an excessive amount of people, in fact we were able to see all the animals in peace.

Sistema di prenotazione e accesso allo zoo veloci e senza nessun intoppo. Purtroppo in molte zone lo zoo è deludente non è il massimo osservare ad esempio leoni o macachi in ambienti di cemento armato per lo meno che sia ricreato un pò il loro habitat.

When I bought the place, it had been created from noon to 10pm. We found ourselves at 8pm with all the attractions closed, as well as the restaurants and, to top it all off, the toilets too. When I wanted to ask an agent why the timetables were wrong, or simply why today it closes at 8pm, she told me, the last condescending thing, I want to go home, it's not my problem. It's a disgrace, considering the price of the ticket!

This ticket would work diretcly on the entrance of the park without queing in the ticket booth. We tought it would be like an express pass for the rides but its not 😅 nevertheless We enjoyed the park during my son's birthday. Must have to bring swimwear or extra clothes as some of the rides youll get wet and small water park for kids.

Very well kept zoo with activities for children. We spent almost the whole day enjoying panda bears koalas dolphins aquarium etc.. It was quite hot but it has plenty of shade and fountains to cool off. Very friendly staff (we lost a child) and they helped us, instantly appreciated. Restaurant areas. We liked it very much

Sistema di prenotazione e accesso allo zoo veloci e senza nessun intoppo. Purtroppo in molte zone lo zoo è deludente non è il massimo osservare ad esempio leoni o macachi in ambienti di cemento armato per lo meno che sia ricreato un pò il loro habitat.

My daughter and I had a great time at your zoo and aquarium! We loved the bird show, sea lion demonstration, and the dolfin show the best. We both love animals and enjoyed our day there very much.

Everything perfect except one incident related to a vending machine. Hemis put 2 times the money to saxar unis doritos that have remained blocked in the machine. The children have been left with the desire. Thank you very much
