the guide Juan on our bus was very good, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He spoke really good english and his spanish was easy to understand for a foreigner like me. The thicket purchase on line was very easy and the various pick-up /drop-off points were often and easy to find.
Friendly staff, predictable schedule, WiFi on the bus was extremely helpful (I'm out of town). Would've liked more than a second passing the Palace, but understand that traffic was moving. Thank you!
We took the same tour twice. The 2nd bus took a different route and we weren't able to hop off at the stop we wanted. Disappointing
The bus tour was very nicely accompanied by information and anecdotes from the tour guide Naomi in Spanish and English

The hop on hop off bus tour guides, Lion and Jocelyn, were excellent. Both were entertaining, and both knowledgeable of the history of Madrid/Spain.
Ticketing was easy. Why not use the same booking Q code when getting on/off instead of the paper ticket which can get lost? The speakers were all good - wish it wasn't so loud though. And I would have loved more history and info
Ticketing experience was just fine but the absolute highlight of the tour was Emilio Gonzalez. What a blast he is!! Very knowledgeable, great delivery and so much fun too. If I was an opposition company, I would be chasing him bigtime, so be careful Big Bus Company, he's too good to lose.
To be improved. The sound system ..... Also the guides should give more detailed explanations.

Booking was easy but be aware of how many similar tours stop in exact spot. Big bus is obvious and dark red color but two different companies have bright red - one is Madrid city tours and one is city sightseeing Madrid. Many tourists getting on wrong buses and confused. Also stop near plaza del sol is hard to locate. Be aware that Prada stop gets busy - it is also where the buses end their route or take a break, so you may wait for a bus only to find after letting passengers off it is stopping service.
The buses run very frequently we never waited more than a few mins. We also didn't need to print out our tickets as we were told to, they just scanned them on board. We were not out early enough to do the walking tour at 11 am. But we were able to do both 1 and 2 routes on our ticket. The headphone sockets did not all work but you could share one set between 2 of you. Remember to take something warm to wear, it gets quite cold on the top. Great experience and good value for money.
The best thing that happened to me when I visited madrid was this bus ride because I went to see the clasico but my favorite team Real Madrid lost it.

Great way to get our bearing, we stayed on for full loop decided which stop suited us then got on and off accordingly Very helpful and pleasant. Such good value
Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.
THEY NEVER INFORMED THAT DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF THE HOLIDAYS, ROADS WOULD BE CLOSED AND THEY WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH SCHEDULES, FREQUENCIES OR STOPS TO TAKE THE BUS. I WILL RECOMMEND FUTURE TRAVELERS NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience
The buses were quite punctual despite the traffic. Staff were nice, spoke very good English and were helpful. The app for the bus overview was very helpful.

Being able to see round the whole city with a good view and a commentary. There was a bit too much info about architects for our taste, when what buildings were and how old they were and how different pats of the city evolved would have been more interesting to us
I loved it. The guide was excellent, you can tell that she has a great command of all the information that she gives us and in a very dynamic way.

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about. Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.
It was good to tour the city, my husband and I ended up sharing a headset. Got quite frustrated at the facts, ie monument to xx designed by xx built in xx There was nothing personal in the presentation at all
Everything was fine. Except that I was charged twice. I have claimed the refund to Julia by email, but she has not yet replied or refunded the amount of 36 €.

Royal palace was truly amazing and beautiful. The hip on hop off was informative and provides a good overview of Madrid
+ easy and nice to explore the city on the bus - sometimes we waited more than 30min for the next bus. (At stop 15/16) - we saw more than twice 2 busses right at eachother.
The audio guide to ancient Madrid was ''poor,'' the recorded text was not complete, definitely in need of updating.More information could have been given about the monuments , history and the city.

The palace itself was beautiful however the guide lacked enthusiam and did not ensure the tour was engaging and interactive. We sometimes had trouble hearing her with the mic and there was alot of background noise.
It was a great experience. It started with the visit to the Royal Palace. The explanations of Marta, our guide, were very good and appropriate. Her knowledge of the history of the palace and Spanish royalty made the visit to the palace easy. The Royal Palace is well worth a visit. We continued our tour through the streets of Madrid to get to know the Madrid of the Hapsburgs and other peculiarities of the town until we reached the Prado Museum. We visited its most important rooms focusing on the work of El Greco, Velázquez and Goya among other painters. Marta's explanations and comments helped us to understand much better the magnificent works of these geniuses. All in all a very pleasant day and highly recommended.

The tour was amazing as our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. Thank you for all of the information we got really lucky and saw some of the changing of the guard as it was Wednesday. The ticketing process was easy as well.
The guide could have been more interesting from a historical point of view. At the agreed location. 15 minutes before the tour, the guide wasn't there. I had to call. The meeting point was changed without any warning

We easily passed the long line at the entrance. The guide was knowledgeable and gave a fine content-rich explanation of the visit. Just unfortunate that there was some confusion about the meeting point and that the guide showed up late.

Our guide made the palace entry easyand the tour itself interesting, more than a self guided visit would have been. Thanks!
Dani was our guide and he was knowledgeable, spoke clear English and added a little bit of humour to the tour. Well worth doing!
My guide Enrique was friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely enjoyed my tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid. Would definitely recommend.
Our guide Patricia was simply amazing. Her knowledge of the history of the palace, as well as her in depth explanations of the paintings in the Prado was truly enlightening. Igor both a history, and art history lesson in one day.
We booked the last minute tour and we're glad we did. The welcome was very good. Then our guide Patricia took us on an interesting tour of the Palace. Patricia is very kind, spoke clearly. We were very satisfied with the tour and the duration was perfect, not too short and not too long. We will gladly use Naturanda's services on future occasions.

Of course the palace was absolutely amazing. I took a tour which I'm glad I did so I was able to hear a lot of the history about the palace in the rooms and the royal family. The tour was very well organized. I would highly recommend visiting the palace and Learning about history of Spain
I've done a lot of similar guided tours. This was easily the best. Patricia was fantastic. Amazingly knowledgeable and articulate.
Well organized program. It was a busy time, there were lot of people, without guide it would be very chaotic. Juan is a very kind and cool guy, who shared lot of interesting information both in English and Spanish as well. Highly recommended.
The tour Guide Marta was excellent. Thanks to her entertinig approach to history matters we had really great experience. Skip-the-line saved us a lots of time.
We took the Madrid palace guided tour with Maria. She was very knowledgeable and had a warm friendly manner. I would definitely recommend the tour and felt we got so much more out of it then if we had visited alone.
The experience was good on the part of the guide, but I have put only good, because it seemed to me that it has some organizational flaws, I do not know if the palace psrte (too much junte, I think you had to limit the capacity in hours) and if reported without queues had to respect it.

The guide(men with a pink umbrella) was awesome. He was passionate and gave a super good explanation of some major paintings. It was impressive and enjoyable experience.
Paola was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Her English was spot on. She shared a lot of additional details regarding the connection of Prado Museum with the city and it's history. The tour was not at all rushed we had enough time to see each masterpiece in details while listening to her and we also had a small bonus given we had time left.
Our guide Juan was great, right from the meeting point to be guided for the first visit in this splendid museum, beginning with 'El Bosco' -Hieronimus Bosch's world, and giving us wonderful details as well as all the great highlights through the different centuries. An awesome tour, and interesting and pleasant, thank you!
Guide had perfect English and was very interesting. Small group, audio worked well. Quite a lot shorter than advertised however.
My guide made the museum experience really meaningful. now i wonder if i would enjoy all museums way more with a guide! she honed in on four concepts- mainly time periods- and helped us understand more about the artistic techniques we were seeing, as well as understanding the political and historical context that the art was created within. it was amazing. note: i can't share a photo because photos are strictly forbidden at the Prado.
I loved the guide's knowledge of the most important paintings and the history of the museum. We got to see the most important parts of the museum and was very time-efficient.
Our tour guide, Macarena, was amazing and brought the paintings to life and gave a perspective I would have never imagined. The staff was very accommodating and the exhibits were breathtaking.
The guide was remarkably, the best we have had for any art museum. The pace was excellent and the insight offered by the guide was breathtaking!
The ticketing experience was very easy and quick. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. We highly recommend it to get so much more out of a visit to the museum. Very worthwhile.
The designated meeting point was somewhat confusing and illogical, not in front of the museum but rather across the street. But the guide, Xavier/Javier, was friendly, funny, smart, patient and knowledgeable.
A Day at the Prado: A Tour with Helena This year, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the best guided tours I’ve ever attended. Visiting the Prado Museum in Madrid is always a highlight, but having Helena as our guide took it to an entirely new level. Helena’s knowledge of the museum’s collection was impressive. She brought the works of Velázquez, Goya, and Bosch to life with stories that were both fascinating and engaging. Her ability to explain the nuances of each painting, from the political undertones of Las Meninas to the surreal details of The Garden of Earthly Delights, kept everyone hooked. But what set her apart was her entertaining style. Helena didn’t just recite facts; she made the history feel alive. Her humor and passion for the art were infectious, and she encouraged questions and discussions, making the experience interactive and fun. It wasn’t just a tour; it was a journey through history, culture, and art. If you’re planning to visit the Prado, I can’t recommend Helena enough. She turned what could have been an ordinary museum visit into the best cultural experience I’ve had this year.
Unique experience, thanks also to Stefania, our guide, who enthusiastically made us excited in front of fantastic works, I highly recommend this trip....

Alex was awesome. I learned a ton about Spain's history through the art and also enjoyed the museum's legendary artwork, which Alex made more accessible. Fantastic tour!
Our guide Helena was well spoken and provide historical facts for the artwork we were directed to. By providing the tour in an historical continuum it made traversing the museum easier as well.
The experience was very pleasant, the rooms are well distributed, the works are well illuminated and there are plenty of benches to rest.

Lisa, the Guide, was very passionate about the Prado and art works and provided us with an excellent overall experience, in English.
We had an excellent guide, Marta. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue is not a reflection on her but the way it is scheduled. It should have been 2 hours instead of 90 minutes since so much time is lost to the logistics of getting through security, cloak room storage and then moving through the crowded museum. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Nice guide . She was very patient BUT It was a bit confusing where they would start. It was indicated 12:50 at Goya manoument but at 13:10 somebody showed up after I called Another big issue : we booked at 11:00 and the night before they let us know they moved us to 13:00 which messed up our plans. And I booked a city tour with the same company and they cancelled it less than one hour before starting!
Easy check-in. Belen was great. She set-up the narrative from a historical perspective well and explained the transition of stylistic art form over the centuries for a novice to understand. The length of tour eas perfect as an introduction. If I ever returned I would request Belen for a longer tour of available.
We loved our guided tour of the Prado Museum with guide Aurora, who was very dynamic and interesting, with a great sense of humor to boot! The tour was suitable for the whole family, with clear, concise explanations that enabled us to make the most of this 2-hour visit to the Prado's finest paintings.
View original review in French
Great to have Marta's knowledge and enthusiasm about the art explained. However the tour was for 90 mins, but in reality there was only an hour of actual tour. The rest was set up, getting through security etc. So it felt too short unfortunately.
Our guide spent a long time talking about each carefully chosen painting that illustrated the charactistics of the time and movement involved. She really educated us about the art. And she had obvious love and enthusiasm for it.
Our guide was terrific. She knew her stuff. I would gladly pay to have her guide us through the n museum in a much deeper way for 3+ hours.
Our guide Maria gave us so much interesting facts about the works we saw on the museum. We managed to remember a lot. Maria pointed out so great the most important information for the first time visitor. The atmosphere was super friendly and open minded.
Our tour guide was not only lovely but passionate about the Artists and their work on display at the paradox Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

The stadium staff were a great help to my husband as he is waiting for surgery and on a walking stick. The trophy room was spectacular.
There were many stops. Everyone helped give directions. The audio was clear but some of the seats did not match the language and channels. It was raining hard. I wish it had a side cover on the top deck.
We loved this site, favorite "museum" experience of our trip. Seeing the trophies, walking among full-sized waving images of the players, and getting photos in the stadium (top seats, not on the field) was fun for the soccer fans. The movie about the history of Santiago Bernabeu himself and the building of the stadium was interesting for the history folks (it was only in Spanish, but the old photographs and video helped tell the story). It was a lot of walking but okay for us. The store at the end was HUGE and had everything a fan could possibly want. It was a pricey day but a trip highlight. Highly recommend.
On the ticket I have had info that entrance is on gate 28. This gate was closed. Entrance was on the other side. Apart of that there was no access to changing rooms or to the pitch. Museum was OK.
The stadium was awesome! I spent nearly 3 hours there learning about the football club's history and philanthropy. I recommend this tour to any sports fan!

Not much, unfortunately. We were disappointed by this visit. We've had the opportunity to visit many of Europe's great stadiums, and we were expecting to visit a stadium worthy of the club...apart from the relatively high price... no tour guide, visit of the exterior limited to the stands, no access to the pitch, no access to the commentators' areas or to the players' changing rooms.... very, very unfortunate for Real fans.

I was lucky that I bought tickets online, otherwise it was a 1 kilometer queue. Perhaps it would have been good to specify somewhere that those with online tickets can enter past the enormous queue to buy tickets, where exactly. The royal palace is gorgeous! I found the tour quite short, especially as it is compared to Versailles. But the experience is worth it. I think that here, on this site, I found the cheapest tickets.

Great experience to do, great price too. Only the skip the line is not clear. You have an entrance with and without a ticket. And then it is not clear where you have to stand with your ticket. Finally found the right and indeed much shorter line and could then enter within 15 minutes...skip the line of buying a ticket is a fair term.

Tour guide Amanda was brilliant and made the trip very interesting. She has probably delivered the tour dozens of times but it didn't come across like this at all. Both cities memorable and worth a visit. Excellent all round
The trip was organised well. The bus was very comfortable. The guide spoke very good English and provided very good information. It might be good to have more time in Toledo.
Everything was very well organized, in time, nice bus, beautiful cities, very educated and interesting guide with lot of usefull information. Me and my family enjoyed the trip in every moment, it was pleasent day and unforgetable experience.
The trio did not disappoint. We were shown the highlights and given a detailed commentary on both Sergovia and Toledo. I was blown away by the stunning scenery in both locations. Well worth the journey.
The attention and compliance with schedules is important. Very attentive to the group and that it was always full. I only suggested to dedicate some time to do some local shopping and that lunch should be in Toledo. Arriving in Segovia at lunchtime makes it very difficult to find an available restaurant and you lose time and still have a good experience.

Ticketing was easy and the excursions were educational and informative. Lydia did a great job. Segovia was quiet and historic as I remember Spain. Toledo seemed overrun by tourists and made me a bit sad. I would add more info about bathroom availability or timing.
Easy to book, clear directions to pick up, comfortable bus and a great tour guide. There was plenty of guided time as well as free time to explore the two cities.
Our tour guy was excellent and the places were fantastic
The bus was clean and nice, had usb plugins and the driver turned up the hear when we asked him to.
The tour was very well organized and informative. A great way to see and enjoy two cities in one day.
It was a good tour. Our guide Lydia patiently explained history and culture of both cities. Worth for the money.
La experiencia del tour fue fabulosa! Los guías tienen muy rico conocimiento sobre los lugares.

Easy access, we didn't have a guide and we didn't wanna get an audio guide, but it was all easy to understand. We had access in all rooms. Would recommend
There was no waiting time to pick up the voucher. On the other hand, I couldn't access the audioguide which was on the Headout app.

The museum was overcrowded and large tour groups dominated. They stood in large groups in front of paintings for extended periods with no regard to anyone else trying to view the paintings.
The roofs were not down despite the cold weather and there were leaves from the trees even on the lower deck.

The purchase process was very good. I just didn't realize that it was a digital audio guide. I overlooked it and then had too many difficulties with downloading and pairing the earphones on site.

The fact that we were able to enter without any problems and the selection of pictures. A small suggestion for improvement: indicate the exhibition room with the audio guide number. Otherwise perfect

Very clear self-guides, with the exact duration. I also liked that they had an option for children, I listened to an audio guide and I also thought it was very good.

The beauty and quantity of the works are the strong point, although the ideal way to fully enjoy them is to spread out the visit over several days.

Finding an entry gate among many is also a fun to know how big Prado is and how beautiful a botanic. Garden is . Yes it is too great indeed inside to see all out with only a day but a couple of days . Compared with artists' age of life against the size of campus they painted , we can easily image they could not sleep enough for completing their paints , genius enough . So you can smell their real history as if you had been living contemporary. Do not miss such a chance .
Easy access. Buying the ticket online was simple. Getting in the museum was easy - no lines and entry was well-marked with signs etc. The Prado is one of the world's great museums, and it was fantastic to be there again!
There were many stops. Everyone helped give directions. The audio was clear but some of the seats did not match the language and channels. It was raining hard. I wish it had a side cover on the top deck.
The works from the permanent exhibition were my goal. I only had about two hours to work with so I prepared and aimed for the highlights. It was awesome. I hadn't studied the floor plan at all, but as I am trained in architecture the building was rather easy to navigate. I would strongly recommend that people prepare themselves and plan an itinerary through the collection. There was some confusion on my behalf about the digital audio guide included so I rented the official audio guide from the museum. It was a great little guide, which I enjoyed both in Spanish and English.
I paid again to get the audio guide and lost out because it was supposed to be included. I called the information guide but it was automation so it was not helpful. I think next time I'll book the basic and get the extras where I'm going
Both the Palace and Prado were amazing places to see. Ticketing: really great experience in Prado, entering fast and easy. Palace ticketing was a bit longer, but overall very happy with purchase.
The exhibit. It was easy for me and my wife to see the masterpieces that we liked. All people working ther new where the painters exhibits were. They were very knowledgeble and friendly.
The visit was great, the works and the organization very good. All the staff was very friendly and prepared to guide us. But in the store the person charged two bags instead of one and I only noticed it when I arrived at the hotel. I felt cheated, disappointing.

I think I'm a layman who appreciates art very much. We've visited some excellent museums in Europe and, humbly, I found the Prado as exceptional as my pleasant and enjoyable trip to Madrid. I thank humanity for the existence / excellence of the Prado.

My experience was excellent. The exhibition, the number of people, the order of the visit. The price is totally in line with what is offered.

We were able to get a handheld device with a ear plugs where we were able to identify paintings with numbers. Had to purchase from the museum for 5 euros a piece Which helped a lot.
It gave me a lot of confidence to be so well controlled. In the store there was a wide and beautiful selection of souvenirs. And, of course, the visit to the museum was the highlight for me - wonderful and incomparable treasures!

Pre-booking meant we could plan our days, no long queue to get in and very easy to have our e-tickets in the app. Especially, great as the queue for buying at the Royal Palace was huge. Prado Museum flexible tickets were very convenient for day and time to visit. Very happy.
Everything went well! Much faster entry. I don't think the audio helped much because it wasn't up to date and it was difficult to find the pictures that were highlighted. But I'd definitely buy here again

Actually i only do 3 stars. 🌟 because the stops are so spread out and not easy..its always full and packed. The conductor are not nice bit nasty plus sometimes they stop narration
It was an expedited entry with almost no line. Our visit was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take pictures in any of the rooms inside the museum so we have no photo memories of our visit.

First of all the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the entrance to the rooms without forgetting the cafeteria staff. Then the Palace is really a beauty.... Every room, every work of art is amazing. The Gallery must be seen. Best regards
